Documents Required for All Applicants

These documents are required for all new admissions regardless of grade.

Identity Documents

Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
Passport-size photographs (4–6 recent photographs)
Aadhaar Card copy of the student, if available

Address Proof

Current residential address proof
Parent or Guardian ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport)

Address proof must be current and clearly show your residential address.

Academic Documents

Previous School Records

Applicable for students applying to Grade 1 and above.

Academic Records Needed

Report cards from the previous school (last two academic years)
Transfer Certificate from the previous school
Character or Conduct Certificate, where applicable
Migration Certificate for students transferring from other boards or states
Bonafide Certificate from the previous school, if available

Note for Pre-Primary Admissions

Students applying to PreKG, LKG, or UKG are not required to submit previous school records. Only birth certificate, photographs, and address proof are required.
