Working Together
Parent Partnership
At Aurochild International Senior Secondary School - CBSE, we believe education works best when the school and families operate as one team. We see parents as essential partners in a child's academic strength, communication confidence, discipline, and wellbeing. This partnership is built on clarity, respect, and consistent routines - so children experience the same standards at school and at home.
Our Philosophy
What Parent Partnership Means at Aurochild
A collaborative approach that supports every child.
We see parents as partners, not spectators. Your understanding of your child, your support at home, and your alignment with school routines directly strengthen the child's growth.
This partnership is built on mutual trust, clear communication, and a shared commitment to the child's success in academics, character, and wellbeing.
When families and school work as one team, children experience consistency in expectations, clarity in guidance, and confidence in their learning journey. This unified approach creates a stable foundation where academic progress, personal discipline, and emotional strength develop naturally.
We believe that education is most effective when parents are informed, involved, and aligned with the school's approach to learning, conduct, and character formation.
Core Principles
- Clear, respectful communication between home and school
- Shared focus on learning habits, discipline, and wellbeing
- Mutual respect for roles, boundaries, and responsibilities
- Early support when challenges appear, not delayed escalation
- Alignment on values and conduct expectations
Aurochild Early Years Learning Review (PreKG - UKG)
Individual Evaluation and Observation Sessions
A transparent window into early learning and the SuperMind foundational approach.
For PreKG, LKG, and UKG, we conduct structured learning review sessions where each child is allotted an individual date and time. Parents are invited to observe the child's progress and early learning development in a calm setting.
During these sessions, parents often see children demonstrate age-appropriate abilities such as identifying concepts through flashcards, speaking confidently, and reading words or short sentences from custom learning material designed within our SuperMind approach. This level of individual attention and transparency is rare, and it reflects how seriously we take foundational learning.
These review sessions are conducted in a supportive environment where children feel comfortable demonstrating their learning. Parents witness firsthand the teaching methods, learning materials, and progress tracking systems that guide their child's early education.
The individual scheduling ensures each family receives dedicated time with the teacher, allowing for personalized discussion about the child's strengths, areas of development, and specific ways parents can reinforce learning at home through simple daily activities.
What Parents Gain
- Clear visibility into early learning progress and readiness
- Understanding of how early literacy and numeracy are developed
- Confidence in the child's learning environment and daily routines
- Practical guidance on how to support learning at home
Academic Progress Reviews (Classes 1 - 12)
Parent-Teacher Meetings and Progress Discussions
Structured academic reviews and developmental guidance throughout the school years.
What We Discuss
- Academic performance across subjects and learning areas
- Study habits, homework completion, and classroom participation
- Strengths to build on and areas requiring focused attention
- Behavioral patterns, discipline, and peer interactions
- Communication skills, confidence, and overall development
For Classes 1 through 12, we conduct scheduled parent-teacher meetings throughout the academic year. These meetings provide parents with clear, detailed insights into their child's academic progress, learning habits, conduct, and overall development.
Parents receive comprehensive feedback on subject mastery, exam performance, assignment quality, and classroom engagement. Teachers discuss specific learning strengths and challenges, offering practical strategies for home support and study routines.
These meetings also address character development, discipline, communication skills, and social behavior. For senior classes, discussions include board exam preparation, subject choices, competitive exam readiness, and future academic planning.
The meetings are scheduled in advance, allowing parents to plan attendance. Each family receives focused time with the class teacher or subject teachers, ensuring personalized attention and clear communication about the child's progress and next steps.
